KNS: Mission, Vision, Values Rollout
KNS is a brand committed to embracing style and delivering the perfect fit. The Mission, Vision, Values Rollout project was designed to reinforce our company culture in a way that resonates with employees and fosters a deeper connection to our core values. To bring this initiative to life, we created a fun and engaging experience that made these principles both memorable and meaningful.
Through a multi-faceted approach, I helped develop a collection of branded materials, including custom employee value cards and on-brand swag such as beanies, baseball hats, t-shirts, crew neck sweatshirts, notebooks, and duffle bags—all designed to visually represent and celebrate our values. Additionally, we launched a new internal website to serve as a central hub for employees to connect with KNS’s mission: Embrace style & deliver the perfect fit.
This initiative reinforced our guiding principles—S.T.Y.L.E. (Stay Curious, Thrive Together, Yes to Growth, Love Your Craft, and Enjoy the Fun)—in a way that was both interactive and impactful. The result is a stronger internal culture, increased employee engagement, and a workplace where our brand identity is not just a statement, but an experience.
